The Twenty-third Psalm is a great comfort to us as we imagine the green pastures and still waters. It also recalls the dark valleys and calls us into the not-so-easy practice of sitting down at the table with our enemies. A God of peaceful presence is with us in the good times and in the difficult times and invites us to be radically present to each other in the same way. This Sunday we celebrate the love of God that finds us just where we are and welcomes us into a love that makes us whole in tenderness and mercy. Our prayers will lead us into a time of anointing our foreheads as a sign of accepting the love that God offers and believing that surely goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our lives.
Join us this week in person or online at 10:00 AM for service! to immerse ourselves in worship and discover the love that makes us whole. All are welcome.
