Sunday Worship Service Sept. 27

This Sunday worship brings closure to our series that has celebrated the Feast of Creation in Christ, a new celebration added to the lectionary of the church worldwide. We listen as the Apostle Paul makes an argument for the presence of Christ in and through all things. “For in Christ we live and move and have our being” says the Apostle. For Christians this is a core belief, not only for ourselves but for all creation; earth, sky, and waters. We see the salt, water and now soil on our altar reminding us of these truths. Let us be inspired to see the God of creation in and through all things. Join us as the Chancel Singers lift praises to the God of all creation, and Pastor Matt Weiler preaches a sermon titled, “The One Who Gives Breath.”
